Custom web applications and software projects are quoted based on scope and complexity. We provide detailed, transparent, itemised quotes within 24 hours of receiving your project requirements — with zero hidden fees.

For most projects we work on a 50% upfront deposit and 50% on project completion before final delivery. For larger projects (over $3,000), milestone-based payment schedules can be arranged. We never ask for 100% payment upfront.

We accept: Bank Transfer (BD & international), PayPal, Wise (TransferWise), bKash, and Nagad. Invoices are issued in USD for international clients and BDT for local clients. All transactions are fully documented.

Yes. We regularly work with clients in Australia, UK, UAE, USA, Canada, and across Europe. Project communication is managed fully remotely via email, Slack, Zoom, and Notion. Time zone differences are managed proactively with clear milestone deadlines.

We work in BDT (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) but schedule all client meetings and delivery milestones at times that work for your time zone. Most of our international clients find that asynchronous communication (email + Slack) works well for day-to-day project management, with bi-weekly video check-ins for key milestones.
